【技术原理】微波无极紫外灯系统

基于微波无极紫外灯系统设计研发,通过微波、紫外线和臭氧三位一体作用于处理物质,利用UV光解、光催化、光氧化、光解VOCS和干扰细胞合成等方式,达到消毒杀菌和加快有机物分解,用于各种有毒、异味、恶臭、污染等气体、液体的净化处理。

1.微波:可使细胞中极性物质随高频微波场的震动受到干扰和阻碍, 引起微生物细胞的蛋白质、核酸等生物大分子受热凝固或变性失活, 从而导致其突变或死亡。

2.紫外线:光谱为253.7nm的紫外线通过照射微生物的DNA,使其发生光化学反应,从而变性失活,是目前公认的最佳消毒光谱线。

3.臭氧( O3 ):微波激发光谱为185nm的射线与空气中的氧气反应生成的臭氧具有强氧化作用,是已知的最强氧化剂。对从烃到羧酸的种类众多有机物都可分解,可有效地杀灭各种细菌病菌,臭氧的弥散性可弥补由于紫外线只沿直线传播、消毒有死角的缺点。
