Site lighting There are two basic methods of site lighting that are distinguished by the light intensity distribution provided by the luminaire. One is a downward irradiation distribution, which is suitable for sites that are not subject to light blocking problems caused by excessive cargo accumulation and dense parking, and those sites that do not require high vertical illumination; the second has a higher vertical illumination, and the floodlights can be installed on columns or towers with considerable spacing, but sometimes glare problems will occur.
